H.E. Brigadier General Khaled Ali AlKaabi presented his credentials as the first non-resident military attaché for the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Sweden, the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Finland, as part of high official protocol ceremony that took place in the Swedish capital Stockholm, and was attended by representatives of the Swedish Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence in addition to representatives of the Swedish Military Industry sector.
